Refund Policy

1. Plain English
We collect deposits to validate demand and reserve your seat in the Doorline private beta. Until the product ships, every deposit is refundable on the terms below. After the product ships, refund rights are tied to the tier you bought.
2. Curious — $99 one-time
Fully refundable until you take your kickoff onboarding call. After the kickoff call, the $99 is non-refundable. If we cancel the beta or you cancel before being invited to the beta, you get 100% back, no questions.
3. Committed — $499 (Standard) / $1,499 (White Label)
Fully refundable until your kickoff call. After kickoff, the deposit converts to credit applied against your first 12 months of billing post-launch. If we cancel the beta, you receive a 100% cash refund.
4. All-In — prepay year one at 30% off
Fully refundable until 90 days after general availability (Q4 2026). After 90 days post-GA, year-one prepay is non-refundable. If we cancel or fail to ship by the 12-month deadline from your payment date, you receive 100% back with interest at the federal short-term rate.
5. PMS not supported
If your PMS isn't supported at GA and you don't want to wait, we refund any unused prepayment pro-rata.
6. How to request a refund
Email ashray@doorline.io from the email used at checkout. We respond within two business days. Refunds process back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Disputes
Please email us before filing a chargeback. We've never failed to honor a refund request that fits this policy.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be emailed to every active reservation holder at least 30 days before they take effect.
